WD MB WE 4Tb. HDDs replacement problem

Hello,

I’ve got 4Tb model of World Edition (white light).

I decided to change both drives to 1Tb WD GP (wd10eacs).

Drives were NTFS, so i deleted partitions on both disks.

After plugging in top diode is flashing and nothing more happends.

How to solve my problem?
