Hi Guys,
I’ve been using two WD hard drives on my pc without any problems. I lent my hard drives to someone and this person had an application (don’t know the name) installed on his pc to speed up the copying process, because his pc is not USB3 compatible. He returned my hard drives and I connected them to my pc. When I go to "My Computer"the drives do reflect and it shows that data has been stored on the devices, yet the folders/data do not display when I access the drives. When I access the taskbar shortcut to eject the drives, they do not display as connected, which is strange as they do appear in “My Computer”. Is it possible that his application may have changed something on my drives or are there any other reasons for this problem? PLEASE HELP:confused:
