WD Essentials + WD Live TV Plus not working with Netgear N600 WNDR3400

I’ve just installed a Netgear N600 to replace my Time Capsule 1st generation, which had a WD Essentials 640Gb connected and where my TC backup was stored. After connecting to Netgear, I cannot see my WD Essentials, neither my WD Live TV Plus. 

I’ve just installed a WD My Book Live, which is working fine.

Not sure if anybody has experience with Netgear, but I would appreciate any help.

Did you check on the router’s configuration page if there is an option that needs to be manually configured/activated for USB file sharing?
