I’ve tried pretty much every troubleshoot there is, except initializing my drive, which I can’t do because it gives an I/O error. Any part of WD software can recognise it, but file explorer can’t. So yes, I would like to recover my data. The quick drive test fails when using drive utilities, but drive status passes. Help
