This is a 2TB WD Elements PN WDBU6Y0020BBK-05
It shows in Disk Management as online and a primary partition but I can not access it to view files or add. Any ideas?
If it does not show up in Computer, then there is a chance that the file system may have been corrupted. I would look online to see if you can find a partition/data recovery software to see it helps you see and retrieve your data.
OK I tried to also access it through command and it says that access is denied. I am viewing on a different computer and don’t have the other computer that was used initially, is it possible it locked it some how?
No. The WD Elements shouldn’t be an encrypted drive. If the drive’s file system is corrupted, you won’t be able to access it without data recovery software. And, even then, you may not get all your data back.
