WD Elements Drive not powering up

I have a WD Elements Drive that is not powering up. I have changed the power lead and tested the leads on another Drive and the leads work fine.

I have also tested multiple network leads but the drive still won’t respond.

I have also shut everything down including the computer and restarted, but had no success.

Any ideas on what I can try now?

You mentioned network cables, where exactly are you trying to connect this external drive?

My bad, it is not a network cable but a USB Type B.
