Hi

I just bought WD Elements Desktop 3TB and pluged into the usb port of my Netcomm NB604N wifi/modem and it just doesn’t shows any volumes on it - even though it will detect an older 1 TB drive.

The 3TB drive works fine with my Windows 8 Laptop.

I have tried re-partition and format the partitions using NTFS file system. Still does not work.

Can anyone help me.

Check with the modem manufacturer to see if it supports a 3 TB unit.

Did you tried resetting the modem?
