Hey guys, we bought a wd elements 2tb hardrive and my brother stocke dit full of movies for us. We plugged it in to have a look and when we start scrolling through the movies it keeps freezing up. Any ideas why or how to fix it. I thought maybe its just because of the “thumbnails” but cant find a way to change it so that its just a regular list. we’ve tried about 10 times now.
