I had the WD Passport before, but lost it so I decided to get the Easystore because it was available. I just bought it last month and right now is the first time opening the box and trying it because I need to backup some files. I have a MacBook Air and when I plug it in, nothing pops up under “Devices”, which is where any plug-ins from the USB port would show. There are no instructions in the box, even though I didn’t think I’d need any. I really need some help, I’ve never felt so helpless and lost before.
