I’m running a Mac Pro with OS X 10.11 and a My Book for Mac as a Backup external drive. Now it says there are Raid Problems. I downloaded the WD Drive Utilities Software for Mac crashes inmediately upon opening, so I have no way to use it. Same with the WD Drive utility software that was installed on my computer. Any leads?

Thanks, that’s what I did. they say it’s a problem of compatibility of OSX 10.11 and the app. So let’s hope for an update…
