I just bought 2 My Book Pro Thunderbolt drives. I’ve installed WD Drive Utilities from the hard drives and they crash when starting up. I checked website and downloaded the newer version of 2.1.1 69. I installed it fine. When trying to run it it crashes immediately. No version will run. Can someone please help or provide a suggestion. I’m wanting to set them both up in a Mirror RAID setup but the Mac OS Disk Utility app can’t do RAID correctly in it’s version (v13 on this OS version), and I’m stuck now with 2 drives and no way to get the RAID set up.

Did you try to use WD Drive Utilities on another computer?
I installed a new copy of my OS on a partition and it fails on there too. I deleted that partition and created another new partition with the latest OS from Apple. Installed again and it fails. Same results. Crash upon crash upon crash. So I tried it on 3 computers kind of. My laptop runs an OS too old to run this software so I’m not able to test it on that laptop.
