WD Cloud Duo GRINDING!?

I have a brand new [WD 28 TB My Book Duo Desktop RAID and it quite often makes this noise. Please see a link to the video - https://vimeo.com/414853003/e249e004dd

This to me sounds like a “grinding noise” surely this cannot be right?

Has anyone else has this and would you say this is not right?
