Hi, I recently installed a WD Blue 1 TB SSD and I transferred my OS and majority of my files to the SSD. The old hard drive I used has been reformatted for storage and is still connected to the PC.
I am encountering an issue where while gaming or doing doing basic functions such as internet browsing, my disk and CPU spike at 100% in task manager.
It will spike for 2-5 seconds and then drop back to regular pace. This is extremely frustrating when playing games. Any idea why this could be happening and how to fix this?
