Wd black noisy while transfer and reduced performance

Hey guys, I have my WD Black P10 2.5 hdd that I use for external driver on my xbox series s. Each time I am transfer a game (more than 100gb) it produce sound while transferring and it reduce performance from 200-300mbps to 25mbps. Is it normal? If it is not, how should I fix it?

Get another disk as the existing one seems to need to be wiped and cleaned up
