WD Backup won't display Files to Restore

Cleaned off previous WD Backup. Installed from scratch. Scheduled backup for 12:30 AM. Didn’t backup. Initiated manual backup. 125 GB in three days. time to backup OK. Restore showed files to restore from that date. Successfully restored one file.

Waited for scheduled backup next 12:30 AM. Again no scheduled backup. Maybe because I wasn’t logged in and WD Backup runs under USER rather than SYSTEM authority.

Initiated second manual backup. 11.47 GB in half hour. time to backup OK. Now WILL NOT DISPLAY FILES TO RESTORE. Not first or second manual backup instances. S/B easy for even an inexperienced support worker to replicate.
