I Have Installed This Software on My Computer but When I Initialize the software It Shows Where All My Files Are but ItDoesn’t Show a Place to Back It Up To. The backup feature is highlighted. I wondering if I should install it on the drive where I’m going to back it up to?
The software should be installed on you computer, check if the external hard drive is correctly connected to the computer, you can also try connecting the hard drive to another USB port.
