This is extremely frustrating…I purchased two 4TB discs to backup a new MacBook running Mojave …I plug one in and get a prompt to erase then I erase and now the disc is not seen at all by the machine. Previous connections have been easy this is now useless …I would like a refund unless the WD people can get this to work.

Now I went through a routine in disk utility and now the disc has completely disappeared in disk unitises as well…huge waste of time and getting more frustrating by the minute J
