I just bought a WD4002FFWX WD Red Pro 4TB and I can hear a periodic head movement every 5 / 6 seconds even when idle, a kind of “click” and even feel it if you touch the drive. Light on Thermaltake BlacX 5G HDD Docking Station- USB3.0, but no signal reaches the computer, whether it’s a Mac or a PC. Would you have a solution to propose? I lost and waste time, my work suffers the consequences. Thank you for advices.
