although
1/ this device does work on other tested TVs
2/ all four my older 2TB devices work on this TV

Who can advice how to solve this problem? Thanks in advance

You should try to check WD Elements desktop on PC. And run diagnostic test to check the health of drive using Data Lifeguard Diagnostic for Windows tool.

Thanks but done, it works on PC normally, good health reported…problem probably is in too old model of TV LG 22MN43 (cca 6 years) - the loss of compatibility?! Why? I`ll sell it and purchase an older model…M
