WD 120 GB Problem to reconize

Hi

My pc with windows xp pro version 2002 sp3 don’t reconize the external HD. My company pc with windows xp sp2 reconize well the same externel HD.

My home pc reconizes other usb drives such as pendrives

What should i do

Good, Question… my WD 3200 just did the samething since thursday…

Anyone have a solution?

you must bent your usb cable when connect it to pc
