Wd 10eads directory

My 1TB WD 10EADS says it has used nearly 650GB of available space: but when I look at its directory, I am unable to account for about half of that. Where is the rest?

I am supposed to have a system image back up, but I cannot see it. I would like to delete items to make more free space, but I can’t find the big users. Can you help?

On Windows, a 1 TB hard drive will display around 931.30 GB. If there are files you don’t see then try enabling hidden files and folders, and also protected system files and folders. Those options on Windows Explorer hide several files with special attributes.
