To claim a warranty for your SanDisk pen drive, check the status on Support for Western Digital Hard Drives | Western Digital using the serial number.

Before claiming, try different USB ports, another PC, and check Disk Management (Windows) or Disk Utility (Mac). If detected, try formatting.

If still not working, submit a claim on SanDisk’s RMA page with the serial number and purchase details. Follow their instructions for replacement.
