I can’t get out of Fat 32. Is there a way to restore a passport ultra to original settings?
Reformat it NTFS if it is for Windows

Sorry. I don’t really understand. I am just a casual user.
I did this but it still puts me in the FAT 32 volume. I want to get to the other area where I can back up files from my desktop.
even if I format it from the command prompt, it still justs formats the 32 gbs in the fat 32.
