The side panel on the right side where you adjust the volume is kinda broken/stuck. I can move the volume softer with no problems but when I try to make it louder I think the little click sound isn’t coming and I can’t really press down into it. The volume is on 0 now so everything is muted…

Any suggestions?

I’m gonna guess you got it for Christmas or right around then so your best bet is to remove the phone plug so you can really lay into it.  If that doesn’t work perhaps you can think of a creative way to exchange it.
