When I start a track playing on my 2GB Sansa Clip, the volume immediately starts to decrease until it’s at zero. The only way to stop this is to switch the ‘hold’ on for a few seconds whilst it’s dropping, then the volume will stay up until you next touch the volume control again, when it starts to drop to zero. It doesn’t do this with the tuner. Is it really meant to do this??? Thanks Pete.
Nope. I don’t know if it will help, but have you upgraded to the .20 firmware?
Yes I’ve upgraded the firmware. Thought it seemed a bit odd! That’s what caused the loss of the FM tuner that you helped me with last night!! I’ll leave it for while and see if it fixes itself!! Thanks Pete.
Perhaps try re-doing the upgrade. Electrons do go astray at times.
