voice recording: lectures and meeting

I need to record some lectures and meetings, but i don’t know how much time the sansa can record continuously (or a total of)… how can one know or calculate?

Is the sansa m240 good enough for this purpose?

its somewhere around 60hours per GB.

I personally only think its good for personal recordings, as the quality of the recording gets worse as the distance from the source of the sound and the unit increases.

Which of the sansa products can be good enough for this purpose?

I need it for personal use, from time to time.

i think you would be better off buying a recorder to focus on just recording, none of the sansa players is a 10 out of 10 recorder
