Ok I can convert videos just fine. But I noticed that the size of the videos is very large compared to the original file. I would like to know if there is any way to decrease the file size. Also is there any way to add video to a micro sd card and view it?

There is not way to decrease the files size.  If you have an e200 series you could try Rockbox that uses MPG.

there is not a way to view videos on a microSD card at this time.

The size problem seems to stem from what the converter does. I played back a normal TV size video converted by SMC from my sansa on my computer. The videos SMC shoots out, only change format, not resolution. If you try something else for the conversion, or just resize the video to your screen size first, then convert it for the sansa with SMC, your video size should be considerably smaller.
