Video Conversion issue

I tried to convert a video in .wmv to my Fuze, and the window that shows the progress of the video conversion, and without moving on to 1% or anything, in about a second, it showed the mesage saying it was complete with 1 unfinished file (That was how many videos I tried to convert), and it had no reason why it didn’t work… So I thought it was the format, although it has (I think) worked before, so I converted it to another format (.avi) and tried it again. It didn’t work.

Does anyone have a solution to this?

PS: I cannot find this problem anywhere else.

 It converts pictures, but not videos. That is all.

I reinstalled it. It now works. Nevermind. Good day… night… Whenever you read this…
