Video and Sound out of sync

Hi

I have a e250r and every video I convert plays out of sync (sound is like 5 seconds ahead of video)

I use the media converter that came with the device.

I have played the files (from the sansa device) with Quicktime on my PC and the video/audio is in sync when played on my PC.  But on the e250r, the video/audio does not match up.

Anyone have any ideas on what I can do?

same thing happens to me with videos longer than about 10 mins. it seems that the player was just designed for short video clips.

Having same problem.  Music video is not 10 mins long.

Converted wmv to mov using Sansa Media Converter while device was connected to PC. 
Sound and picture are out of synch when played on device.
Converted wmv to mov using Sansa Media Converter and had file saved onto PC
mov works fine on PC
copied file to device
Sound and picture are out of synch when played on device

wmv file was 27,796K
mov file is 25,458K
Song is only 3:55 mins long

Is there an upgrade to the firmware for the e250r that will allow my music videos to play in synch?
Is there some other way to fix this problem.

it has to be something with the device, the converter converted it just fine if it plays back on your computer with no problems.

I wonder what it is about the sansa thats not letting this functionality go through, kinda ■■■■■.
