Video and audio not in sync

I can’t get the audio to play in sync with the video. The video plays about 1 second before the audio. This only happens after using the sansa media converter, it plays fine before I use it.
It is in .avi.  I am using a e260v2. Is there anything I can do?

You can try other software (like arcsoft.com or any-video-converter.com)

OR you can convert the video using windows movie maker then converting it with the sansa software.

The problem is poor Sansa software…

If I used another program, what format would I convert the video too? And how would I get it on my e260?
