A few hours ago my WD Elements HD had all my iPad files. One folder full of files disappeared first. Now every file is gone. HD appears empty. I need to know why this is happening. I do not have a Mac computer to check these files- only our iPads. I cannot connect to my laptop as all files are through an iPad.
Please help! This hard drive had 18 months worth of precious files and artwork on it.
