Using Sansa Clip+ with IMac

Hi,

I no longer have a PC, I now have an IMac with I Tunes.  I changed the System Settings on the Sansa to MSC but for some reason  I Tunes does not recognise the player.

Any suggestions or help will be gratefully received.
