I spent a lot of time trying to retrieve just one doc in the retrieve page .
…then I was informed that you cannot retrieve just one doc from some folders…it depends how the folder was set up
…However…I then found out …that I could search for all my docs under smartware.swster and retrieve them by copy and paste…life is better now but…how many things am I not aware of…does anyome know were all this information is located in one place…Thank You
