the fuze used to work fine and connect but now it charges and the bolt flashes but it does not show up on computer or say connected the music plays
If you have a charge icon, the outer two power pins are OK, and the bus has power.
Sounds like there’s a problem with the center data pins. Have you tried a different USB port?

Try reconnecting it. Try a different port. Try a different Fuze cable if you have one. Try a different computer.

Is your computer old? I have an old computer which doesn’t reconize it so I do all my fuze at work.
if the FAQ post doesn’t help and the computer isn’t that old, then come back with more information on what you’ve done (see the FAQ post for what to try and write what you did).
