I just talked to Apple Support and they couldn’t help me, saying that it was an issue with my mp3, so here I am.
I have a Clip Sport that has been connecting to my MacBook Pro just fine since 2019, but today I tried to connect it and my MacBook disabled the USB port, saying that the mp3 was using ‘too much power’
I ran through all possible troubleshoots for my MacBook, and then reformatted and factory reset my Clip Sport. It is up to date as far as I’m aware (1.43)
Can anyone help?
