I’m running Windows 7 and have a 2tb Mybook Essesnital bought to partner Novastor Backup Software. It works fine with usb 2.0 but switching to usb 3.0 at various points during a backup it simply freezes. I can still operate the software so I think it maybe a driver/firmware issue. Any suggestions?
