Upgrade from 1.6.4 does not work

I am trying to upgrade Smartware to 2.2.0 from 1.6.4. I follow the instructions (including the framework update) and I run the installer twice as suggested. Everything seems to go ok, but when I reboot my pc, Smartware still shows 1.6.4 revision.

I have the same issue…anyone successfully upgrade? I am using Win 7 x64…if that matters.
