Updated my new Clip and all of the music disappeared

I just updated my 8 gig clip, to the 2.01.32,and then all of the music disappeared off of the clip,but when it was hooked up to rhapsody,rhapsody said it was all there.Then when I disconnect it, the clip is empty.

So,I reformatted,and am reloading my library.1 hour and 8 minutes left.
