Unable to write to the hard drive "Media is write protected"

hi , i am evs sayeendra i bought wd my passport on january 15 (2015). I am facing problem with my external hard disk as it is showing ACESS DENIED when double clicked on drive. Also showing THIS DRIVE IS RIGHT PROTECTED when i tried to format my drive. I want to replace my drive as it was in warranty upto January 14 (2018). Can you tell me the service center address in DELHI (India) so that it will be helpful to me to replace the drive. My product already registered in your website.
