When i am pressing on button it is giving initializing , after that it not displaying songs. or any files
please any body help me to solve this problem.

i have the same problem with my sankisk m250, have you fix that problem.
wow, sankisk. Worst mis-interpretation of a brand name I have seen thus far.
Are you guys able to go through the menu of the player? going through music, settings, and thigns like that?
OR
are you unable to do anything after passing that “initializing” screen?
If its the latter of the two, its probably defective. And if your under the 1 year warranty, email (support@sandisk.com) SanDisk to get it replaced. there is a sticky labeled “things to know before contacting technical support”, might want to take a gander.
