Hello,
I have a MyBook Studio 1TB external harddrive that I’ve had for about 6 months. I tried backing up my data recently but I couldn’t even manage to plug the power cord into the back of the harddrive where it says DCIN. I’m 99% positive it’s the right power cord, but it seems like the pin inside the dock on the harddrive is too big for the cord to fit onto.
I’ve used it before, so I don’t know why it’s not working anymore.
