Unable to launch backup recovery on my personal computer (with the sanDisk SecureAccess Manager)

Hi, The first connection of my sanDisk USB key was not on my personal computer, so when I connect it on my own, I am not able to launch the backup recovery, since sanDisk consider that it’s not my own How can I change that on the configuration to resolve this issue ?? Thanks for help,
