I have a 32GB Cruzer Switch that just quit working. It tells me that it needs to be formatted and when I try it comes up telling me that the capacity is unknown. So I am unable to format this Cruzer switch. Is their a fix for this?
Only by returning it. If it’s under warranty SanDisk will replace it for free. You can contact them here:
