Unable to download the WD Backup App

I just bought this new backup external drive and I installed the Discovery app, the Secusity app and the drive utilities app but I am unable to downaload the Backup app. I click on the download button, it says downloading and I get the pop up to accept the doanload, I click yes and then is says installing but it stops and it is not added to the available apps.

Obviously, the drive is useless without this app.

Anyone has ever had this problem? Is it a setting in Windows 10 that prevents me from installing it?

Thanks Rocky, I contacted technical support and opened a ticked a few days ago and I am waiting for a reply. Hopefully it will come soon. Thanks.

For me I filled in form as asked for Support and it wont enter. Tried it several times
