When attempting to do a Backup or Copy using the supplied software (Retrospect Express HD 2.0) I receive the following error message: Retrospect has encountered a serious error: Assertion Failure at “Elem.cpp-933” Is this a hardware or software problem? Tried reinstalling the software but same results.
If you install the software in a different computer, do you find the same issue?
