I have a brand new 2017 iMac running OS High Sierra (10.13.6) that had data transferred over from an earlier iMac of the same vintage. I was finding that I couldn’t sign in, receiving the error depicted in the attached screenshot.
After going to the “General” tab within Security & Privacy, when I hit the “Allow” button, nothing happens. So, I uninstalled and reinstalled WD Discovery, was still unable to sign in to WD Discovery and was still not able to get anywhere with the solution recommended in the “Sign In” window error message. (As before, I could click the “Allow” button, but it did not do anything.) My question is how do I get this working so I can access my files on my My Cloud Home network drive? Is there some sort of workaround for this? Please find attached a screenshot of the “Security & Privacy” window.After clicking on “Allow”, you need to restart your Mac. Did you check after restarting of Mac?
If issue still same, you should contact Mac Support for this.
