Every time I try to download the software and update , it stops and says I need to remove all USB connections. I have gone through this 2-3 times after uninstalling all of my antivirus software, and any software that might be using the drive and USB’s
The only thing I have installed is the WD drive. It looks like everyone else wants to remove theirs but this is my first external drive and want any software help I can get. I did not receive any disks with this drive. Any help would really be appreciated. I have used other software to scan my drive and it says that they are on my WD drive. rwilli
