Troubles with my Sansa e260R.

I’ve had this e260 for years, and it has been very reliable. I just got a new computer with Windows 11, and the new OS doesn’t recognize the music folder on the 260. I can’t load songs to the device. I’ve exhausted all of my usual online sources and can’t find a fix for this. I’d appreciate any ideas. I’m aware there may not be a solution. If that’s the case, I may have to start another topic.

No, I haven’t even tried for support because the device is very old, and I thought my issue might be a result of getting a new computer and the new Windows 11.
