hello everyone,
I have an wd my book essentials 2tb with all of my important files. I want to transfer, view, edit all files from the my book to my pc. my pc reconigize the file but im unable to open it on my pc to view and use my files. is there anyway that a my book essentials will work with my pc. i have windows 7. hope someone cand understand what i’m asking and able to help me. thank you so much.
It’s not clear to me what you mean by your PC recognizes the file. Did you mean PC recognizes the drive? Or did you mean your Win 7 PC actually can see the files but you can’t seem to copy them over to your desktop or another folder on your PC’s hard drive?
