"Track Not Compatible With Device"

I haven’t tried to download any songs onto my M240 in a few months.  I bought some new songs from Rhapsody.  When I try and transfer them to the M240, I get that the track is not compatible.  The extention is “.rax”.  Is this something anyone else has experienced?

What USB mode are you in when you try to transfer the songs?  Did you purchase the songs outright, or do you have a Rhapsody subscription?

I am using MTP and I purchased the tracks outright.

I would contact Rhapsody and see if you can download the songs you purchased again in a different format than .rax…
